Moses & Bros. Tech Solutions (“MBTS,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is the controller of personal information collected through this website. MBTS supports organizations nationwide.
Short version: we do not sell personal information for money. We use information to operate and secure this site, respond to requests, prepare quotes, and improve the pages people use. Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity, and Meta advertising measurement remain off until you affirmatively allow the applicable category.
Information we collect
| Category | Examples and source | Purpose | Retention criteria |
|---|---|---|---|
| Contact identifiers | Name, business email, phone, organization—provided by you. | Respond, route requests, prepare quotes, and provide requested services. | While a request or business relationship is active, then as reasonably needed for records, security, disputes, and legal duties. |
| Request content | Messages, project needs, product choices, environment details, budgets, and timelines—provided by you. | Understand and respond to your inquiry or quote request. | Kept with the related request under the same criteria. |
| Files you upload | Quotes, lists, diagrams, and other permitted attachments—provided by you. | Review materials you ask us to consider. | Kept with the related quote request; removed when no longer reasonably needed. |
| Security and network data | IP address, headers, device/browser signals, and challenge results—generated when the site or an activated security check is used. | Deliver the site, prevent abuse, protect forms, and investigate security events. | Provider and security logs are retained only as reasonably needed under provider settings, contracts, and security requirements. |
| Aggregate usage counts | Date, approved page path, source domain, campaign tags, country/state code, broad device class, and conversion totals. Each is stored as a separate daily count. No visitor ID, full referrer, form text, or IP address is stored in the MBTS metrics table. | Understand which audiences, campaigns, and pages are useful and improve content and navigation. | Automatically pruned after approximately 13 months. |
| Optional interaction analytics | Page visits, navigation, source information, clicks, scrolling, errors, broad device/browser details, approximate location, and pseudonymous identifiers—generated only after you allow Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity. Contact and Quote form content is excluded or explicitly masked. | Measure site usage, create heatmaps and session reconstructions, identify confusing pages or errors, and improve navigation and conversion paths. MBTS does not provide either tool with custom user IDs or use them for advertising. | Google Analytics user-level event data is configured for 14 months and first-party analytics cookies for approximately 13 months. Microsoft states that playback data is generally retained for 30 days and click/heatmap and selected session data for up to 9 months. |
| Optional advertising measurement | Page URLs, event names, timestamps, browser/device and network information, and Meta cookie identifiers—generated only after you allow the Meta Pixel. MBTS does not enable Advanced Matching or send form fields. | Measure visits and generic lead events attributed to MBTS advertising, and support campaign reporting. | Controlled by Meta's settings and retention practices. MBTS removes accessible first-party Meta cookies when you withdraw consent. |
| Optional AI drafting input | Free-text description entered in the quote assistant—provided by you only when you activate the feature. | Generate a structured quote-form draft for your review. | Not saved in the MBTS request inbox unless you later submit the completed form. |
| Referral attribution | A random partner code, the related request reference, attribution status, and a snapshot of the governing referral terms. The code is supplied through a partner link or entered by you. | Credit the correct referral source, administer the applicable agreement, prevent retroactive term changes, and maintain payment or account-credit records. | Kept while the referral or business relationship is active and as reasonably needed for accounting, disputes, contract administration, and legal obligations. |
We do not collect additional categories or use information for a materially different purpose without providing an updated notice. Please do not submit passwords, payment-card data, government ID numbers, medical records, or other highly sensitive information.
Limited to the job at hand.
- Provide, maintain, secure, and troubleshoot the website.
- Respond to contact, support, privacy, and partnership requests.
- Review requirements and prepare requested proposals or quotes.
- Record and administer referrals under the applicable partner agreement.
- Prevent fraud, spam, malicious automation, and other abuse.
- Comply with law and establish, exercise, or defend legal claims.
- Measure aggregate page use and, with consent, improve user experience using Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity.
- With separate consent, measure Meta advertising visits and generic lead events.
We do not use form information for unrelated marketing without a separate, optional choice. Submitting a form authorizes a response about that request; it is not consent to recurring marketing.
Service providers—not data brokers.
We disclose information only as reasonably needed to personnel and service providers that operate the site or fulfill your request, under contractual or legal protections where required:
- Cloudflare: site delivery, security, Turnstile, database and file storage, and optional Workers AI processing.
- OpenAI: authentication for MBTS's private administrator inbox; public visitors do not sign in.
- Google Analytics: optional website-usage measurement, activated only after your affirmative choice with advertising storage, Google Signals, and ads personalization disabled.
- Microsoft Clarity: optional heatmaps, session reconstructions, and website-experience analytics, activated only after your affirmative choice and never used for advertising.
- Meta: optional advertising measurement, activated only after your affirmative choice. Advanced Matching is disabled, and MBTS does not send form fields to Meta.
- Support providers: only when you choose an external support-session or ticket link.
- Professional advisers and authorities: when reasonably necessary for legal, security, or compliance matters.
- Business transaction recipients: subject to appropriate safeguards if part of the business is reorganized, financed, sold, or transferred.
MBTS does not sell personal information for money. Some privacy laws may treat an advertising pixel as “sharing” or targeted advertising, so the Meta Pixel is blocked until you opt in and can be turned off at any time. Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity are controlled separately.
Rights available where applicable.
Depending on your state, you may have rights to know or access, correct, delete, or obtain a portable copy of personal information, and to opt out of sale, sharing, targeted advertising, or certain profiling. We offer a process for these requests even where a particular state law may not apply to MBTS.
We do not use or disclose sensitive personal information to infer characteristics about visitors. Optional Meta measurement may be treated as sharing or targeted advertising under some state laws; it remains off unless you allow it.
Visit Privacy Choices to exercise a right, appeal a decision, or manage aggregate and optional Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity, and Meta measurement. We honor Global Privacy Control signals as an opt-out of optional analytics and advertising measurement.
GDPR and UK GDPR information.
MBTS offers services to organizations in the United States. If the GDPR or UK GDPR applies to a particular interaction, our legal bases are: taking steps at your request or performing a contract; legitimate interests in responding, operating a secure website, preventing abuse, and improving aggregate site performance; compliance with legal obligations; and consent when we specifically ask for an optional use, such as activating Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity, Meta advertising measurement, or the AI drafting tool.
You may have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, objection, and withdrawal of consent. You may complain to the supervisory authority where you live or work. When information is processed in the United States or another country, we use contractual, organizational, and technical safeguards appropriate to the transfer where required.
We do not make solely automated decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects. The optional AI assistant only drafts editable form fields; a person reviews submitted requests.
Optional technologies stay under your control.
First-party preference cookies remember your aggregate analytics, optional experience analytics, and marketing choices. Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity, and the Meta Pixel remain technically blocked until you allow their category and are disabled when Global Privacy Control is detected. Cloudflare may use strictly necessary security technologies to deliver and protect the site. The Turnstile security script is not loaded until you acknowledge its notice at a form. Referral links and codes do not set a referral-tracking cookie.
See the Cookie & Technology Notice for details.
Additional safeguards.
We use access controls, encryption in transit, validation, rate-limiting, restricted administrator access, and recurring release security tests. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
The site is for organizations and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect children's personal information. If you believe a child submitted information, contact us so we can review and delete it as appropriate.
We may update this notice as services or laws change. The date above identifies the current version. Material changes will be presented prominently where appropriate.
